What's included in a ICC Business report?
Available on all analysed companies on Juniper. There are fifteen separate sections, detailing accounts for five years worth of accounts. It provides access to all information held by Juniper apart from the imaged accounts, which can be accessed separately.
- Statutory information - name, registered address, issued capital, type of accounts filed and company secretary.
- Risk information screen details group structure - latest ten county court judgments, risk score for four years and the latest recommended credit and contract limit.
- Company and industry comparison screen compares the subject company with all other companies within its industry type. All measurements are percentage and ratio based.
- Directory information screen confirms the trading address, where available, the telephone and fax numbers, up to ten SIC codes and the principal activities statement.
- Ownership section breaks out group structure and top ten subsidiaries ranked by turnover.
- Growth rates provides % growth measurements for 1/2/3/4 year periods.
- The shareholders section displays all shareholders for private limited companies and major shareholders for quoted companies.
- Account notes screen displays the breakdown of certain financial items, so that the detail can be viewed. For example, tangible assets which is broken down to reflect fixed assets, intermediate assets including due from group, non-current.
- Interim's screen provides access up to the latest four years' worth of interim results as announced by UK quoted companies on the London Stock Exchange.
- Cash flow section provides access to up to 5 years of cash flow including net increase in cash.
- Directors and advisors screen lists all notified directors, reflecting any changes.
- Balance sheet screen displays the last ten years' worth of balance sheet items, indicating where notes are cross referenced.
- Ratios screen lists the main liquidity, performance, leverage and gearing ratios. An explanation of these can be viewed in the appendices or via the on-line help.
- Filing history screen displays every change of name, all mortgage documents and
- one of each other filing type with a maximum of 20 being listed.
- Profit & loss account details all items for the last five years, indicating where relevant notes exist.
