CSA Appoints Head of Learning and Development
The Credit Services Association (CSA), the voice of the collections industry, has appointed a new Head of Learning and Development responsible for further developing the Association’s training programmes as part of a comprehensive education pathway designed to support the industry, raise professional standards and improve best practice.
Fiona Macaskill has more than 30 years’ experience in senior operational and business development management positions delivering coaching and training, as well as managing and delivering qualifications and accredited programmes. She has most recently been helping businesses and organisations to grow and succeed by providing leadership and management training, coaching, advice, guidance and support.
Peter Wallwork says Fiona’s extensive professional skills are ideally suited to the CSA: “As an Association we are committed to developing and providing a full range of courses that not only help to ‘grow’ the individual, but also support the industry as a whole in its aim to improve best practice and compliance. Fiona’s experience will serve us well and we are pleased to welcome her to the management team.”
Fiona’s role will include overseeing and leading the Collector Accreditation Initiative (CAI), and Level 2, 3 & 5 Diplomas.
