PS Finance join forces with Factoring Advisory Service

Factoring Advisory Service, part of the Leonard Curtis Business Solutions Group (LCBSG) and independent finance brokerage PS Finance (Pathstone) are joining forces to form a UK-wide asset based lending brokerage.

The combined business which initially will be known as FAS Pathstone already boasts more than £90 million in total debt funding across its client portfolio, supporting SMEs with combined turnover in excess of £300 million.

PS Finance was established by Gary Cain and Paul Morgan and they will continue to spearhead the new business, along with Leonard Curtis Business Solutions Group,
