Albany Software partners with Legend Club Management Systems to offer leisure facilities intelligent payment and collections software
Albany Software, the market leading developer of electronic payment software solutions, today announces its partnership with health and leisure management specialists Legend Club Management Systems. Legend will be distributing Albany’s full suite of software to new and existing customers, as well as integrating the Albany ePAY payments platform within Legend’s on-site club management solution. The strategic alliance will allow health and leisure club organisations to streamline back-office operations further, through automated Bacs payments and Direct Debit (DD) membership collections.
Legend Club Management Systems offers one seamless turnkey package – Legend – and is the solution selected by leading health club chains and public leisure centre operators across the UK. Delivered on a traditional on-site or managed service model, health clubs and leisure organisations can configure Legend to meet their specific requirements and are supported by Legend’s renowned industry-leading service, seven days a week. Legend clients include the 88-site L.A Fitness plc and Serco Leisure and Parkwood Leisure, two of the leading operators of public leisure centres.

The current economic climate and the new coalition Government’s recent budget announcements are pushing public leisure facilities to modify their payment model as the emphasis moves to financial self sufficiency in order to avoid closure.
