Leading debt collection and enforcement specialists Burlington Group, has become the first and only company in the UK that is authorised and regulated by the FCA, SRA and MOJ in offering a fully integrated and comprehensive collections, litigation and enforcement principal service to its clients.
Multi authorisation means that Burlington Group will be able to carry out pre and post legal debt collection and administration activities.

“As High Court Enforcement Officers, authorised by the Ministry of Justice and under contract with our Principal High Court Enforcement Officer, we have the ability to enforce judgment debts on behalf of creditors who proceeds to litigation in order to recover debt”, he added.
Burlington Group has also announced that Nick Todd, a Director of the company and Principal High Court Enforcement Officer, has been co-opted onto the Board of Directors of the High Court Enforcement Officers Association. A key part of the role will be to lobby and canvass support from banks and lenders for a change in the law, to enable them to use High Court Enforcement to enforce judgments.
The Burlington Group is now the only multi - authorised, full-service collections, litigation and enforcement debt collection business, servicing Blue Chip clients in the United Kingdom. Clients include: Royal Bank of Scotland, Volkswagen Financial Services, A1 Communications and Northumbrian Water among others in the financial and private sectors.
