Credit Management Seminar For Recruitment Companies

Recruitment companies are being invited to a credit management seminar being held at the Institute of Directors in Pall Mall, London, on November 15.

Speakers for the half day seminar ‘Reducing Debtor Days, Minimising Risk And Improving Customer Service – How The Recruitment Sector Is Tackling These 3 Key Issues’ include -

· Chris Ruggles of CreditScorer, part of the Credit Management Research Centre at the University of Leeds Business School and developers of unique credit scoring

· Eddie Stanley, Sales Director of Topaz - currently shortlisted for the Enterprise Software Package of the Year Award with Accountancy Age and the developers of the breakthrough Topaz Credit Control solution

Representatives of leading recruitment companies have also been invited to discuss the recent breakthroughs in tackling three key issues –

· Reducing Debtor Days
· Minimising Risk
· Improving Customer Service

Attendees to this free seminar will receive a credit control white paper authored by Professor Nick Wilson, Managing Director of CreditScorer, who enjoys an international reputation as the guru of credit management and holds the ICM Chair in Credit Management at Leeds University Business School.

A check list will also be provided to recruitment companies to help them ensure their current systems conform to best practise in debt management.

The seminar, hosted at the Institute of Directors, 116 Pall Mall, London, will run from 10.30a.m to 1pm, with coffee being available from 10am. The event will be followed by lunch when company representatives will share their experiences of the benefits offered by technology in credit management.
