CSA announces additional Keynote Speaker for UK Credit and Collections Conference (UKCCC) 2015
Dr James Bellini, a leading ‘futurologist’, has been confirmed by the Credit Services Association (CSA) as the third keynote speaker at its newly-styled annual UK Credit and Collections Conference (UKCCC) 2015.
Adding to an impressive line-up that already includes John Humphrys and Julia Hartley-Brewer, Dr Bellini, a former academic, will draw on his 25-year career and reputation to provide delegates with an alternative view on what the economic future might hold.
Colleen Magee, Communications, Marketing and Events Manager at the CSA, says Dr Bellini is an exciting addition to the conference: “His views as a futurologist will be of special interest to those working in the credit and collections industry,” she says.
“He is a respected TV broadcaster, futures analyst and writer with a strong focus on social, economic and technological trends over the next 10 to 20 years, and has gained a considerable reputation as a thought-provoking speaker and moderator at top-level management conferences and business schools around the world. We are delighted he can join us.”
The conference, which is being held at the Hilton London Wembley from 9th – 10th September, will feature presentations and seminars on current ‘hot’ topics in the industry including vulnerable customers, technology and innovation, the customer journey, and an industry panel debate discussing the issues around the different processes in the regulated and unregulated collections industries and implications this can have on ‘the customer’.
