By CreditMan Thursday, February 12, 2015

Company Watch, specialists in tracking and predicting corporate financial health worldwide, has appointed Ewan Mitchell as Head of Analytics.

In his new role, Ewan is responsible for leading the development of Company Watch’s financial and market data mathematical modelling.

Ewan’s team constantly refines their mathematical models to ensure the firm’s predictive software responds to the changing economic environment and provides the clearest perspective on financial health.

Company Watch’s pioneering H-Score® rates companies from zero (weakest) to 100 (strongest) by analysing a company’s financials from seven different points of view.

Corporate clients such as fund managers, banks and large corporations use Company Watch to monitor the credit worthiness of their customers and suppliers, to prospect for potential clients and investments, and to detect the early signs of financial distress.

Ewan Mitchell joined Company Watch in 2012 as Senior Mathematician. Before this he was Head of Mathematics at a secondary school in Essex.
