Jamie Waller said We are absolutely delighted to be listed in the Times Top 100 and achieve our Two Star status, I am proud to be MD of such a company and pleased that the views of our employees reflect this. We had 74% positivity amongst our workforce, with our staff saying that they are paid reasonable wages in line with their responsibilities and that their home/work balance is good. We do promote a Blackberry ban at weekends. To achieve this on our first year of entering is a great accolade for the company.
