The results were revealed at the Annual Awards ceremony held at Battersea Park on Wednesday 24th of February. This is the 10th year these lists have been published with over 964 companies entering. Each year the prestige of this list builds and the standards get higher, meaning now more than ever organisations that have achieved a place on the list really are at an elite standard.

As well as being listed in The Times Top 100, JBW Group has also achieved Two Star status with Best Companies. This year 1086 organisations applied to achieve ''Star Status'', a 37% increase on applications in 2009. In total 410 organisations achieved Star Status success;

50 organisations achieved 3 Star Status
140 organisations achieved 2 Star Status
* 220 organisations achieved 1 Star Status
* 363 organisations achieved Ones to Watch Status Best Companies

Accreditation follows the elite Michelin style star rating system for organisations that demonstrate high levels of employee engagement. Based on staff feedback, organisations receive a Best Companies index score which will determine their star rating compared to a fixed standard. One star is first class, two stars are outstanding and three stars are extraordinary.

Jamie Waller said We are absolutely delighted to be listed in the Times Top 100 and achieve our Two Star status, I am proud to be MD of such a company and pleased that the views of our employees reflect this. We had 74% positivity amongst our workforce, with our staff saying that they are paid reasonable wages in line with their responsibilities and that their home/work balance is good. We do promote a Blackberry ban at weekends. To achieve this on our first year of entering is a great accolade for the company.
