The firm is recognised for its commitment to quality and value, and prides itself on building long-term, personal relationships with clients.
The firm provides assurance and audit, tax, corporate restructuring, risk advisory, transaction support and outsourced accounting and compliance services and has substantial experience in both the public and private sectors. The firm’s client base spans a variety of industries including property and construction, not-for-profit, education, pharmaceuticals and waste/green energy. The firm has a team of foreign direct investment (FDI) experts who work with businesses, helping them expand their global operations and excel in their respective industries.
Jean Stephens, CEO of RSM International, said: “It is critical that we have a strong firm in Ireland that can support our delivery of global client services, particularly with Ireland’s largest trading partners – the US and the European Union. However, it is equally important that firms are a seamless fit with our network and are fully aligned with our strategies and vision for the future. It is clear that the partners and staff of Baker Tilly Ryan Glennon share our common goal of building strong and collaborative relationships with clients, helping them make confident business decisions. I am delighted to welcome the partners and staff in Ireland to RSM.”
John Glennon, Managing Partner of Baker Tilly Ryan Glennon said: “Membership in the dynamic network of RSM will enable us to move forward into an exciting era of growth that will bring huge benefits to our firm, our clients, partners and staff. We already have a fantastic relationship with RSM’s UK and US firms and we are looking forward to working with other RSM firms around the world in delivering services to our ever expanding international client base. All business is global now, and we are responding to that by teaming up with one of the global leaders in servicing the needs of mid-market businesses.
RSM’s new global brand, messaging and strategy resonates with our own, so the transition to this vibrant, forward-thinking network, and to becoming RSM, should be a seamless one.”
RSM is the world’s sixth largest provider of tax services, has the fifth largest firm in the US as a member and the third largest in China. On 26 October 2015, RSM member firms globally adopted the brand and trading name ‘RSM’. The unified brand enables RSM to better communicate its strengths and global service capabilities as the adviser of choice to entrepreneurial, growth-focused organisations.
