The Credit Services Association (CSA) has announced the programme for its Half-Yearly meeting to be held on February 10th and 11th at the Leicester Marriott Hotel.

Presentations will also be given during the conference by Najib Nathoo, President of the CSA and Leigh Berkley, Chairman of the DBSG, as well as the Head of Civil Policy and Customer Intelligence Branch at the Ministry of Justice, Kevin Westell. Mr Westell will be speaking on Managing Debt and the organisation¹s progress in investigating the need for introducing statutory debt management plans.
Sessions will also be hosted to consider: What I look for in a DCA/Buyer; Recovery performance proves resilient despite increasing challenges and the Gone aways and the IVA debate. A specific session will be aimed at the small and medium enterprises (SMEs) hosted by CSA Board Member and Managing Director of Controlaccount plc, Graham Ball.
³With more than 160 members expected at this year¹s conference and networking dinner, there are few other opportunities to network with so many industry specialists,² says Kurt Obermaier, Executive Director of the CSA.
