RSM Tenon boosts Financial Management team with six new senior appointments

RSM Tenon has made six new senior appointments within its Financial Management team, to further strengthen and enhance its offering to corporate and private clients.

Nick Courtney joins as Head of Corporate, and will be enhancing RSM Tenon’s employee benefits and rewards offering to medium and large sized corporations, as well as focusing on the organisation’s employee engagement offering to national business. He has 22 years of experience within the financial services sector, and was previously Board Member for employee benefits provider Eden Red, and was also responsible for employee benefits and rewards for a FTSE 10 organisation. Nick will be based at RSM Tenon’s office in Reading, and will report to David Skinner who has recently been promoted to National Sales Director.

Andy McGowan and Melissa McCalla join RSM Tenon’s Birmingham office having previously worked for BDO. Andy will be Regional Manager for Birmingham and has worked in the financial services industry for twenty-eight years.

In her new role as consultant, Melissa will work closely with RSM Tenon’s Corporate Team, enhancing and improving the financial management offering to corporate clients.

Alistair McQuiston and Lorraine Montgomery will both be based at RSM Tenon in Scotland, having previously worked for BDO. Alistair joins as Head of RSM Tenon’s Corporate Financial Services Team in Scotland, and has over 20 years of experience of advising corporates, owner managers and private clients on pensions, employee benefits and investment matters. Lorraine joins as a consultant, having worked within the financial services industry for nearly 20 years for organisations such as AON Hewitt in a wealth and corporate capacity.

Nigel Ranger joins as an Employee Benefits Consultant and will provide employee benefit advice and consultancy services to SMEs across various sectors of industry, specialising in charities and ethical investments. Nigel previously worked for wealth advisors Towry, and will be based in RSM Tenon’s London office.
